Chris has lead multiple delivery teams to implement the IT Effectiveness & Efficiency Programs of Work (ITEE PoW) including:

• Established, launched and presented the ITEE Program of Work to the IT workforce;
• Resourced and drove delivery of outcomes;
• Drove the development of KPI’s and overall governance framework;
• Run the IT Program of Work within a normal operating rhythm;
• Engaged and trained appropriately skilled resources to transition to the normal operating rhythm.
