It is a requirement of the Broadworks Occupational Health & Safety Management Plan that each of its projects will have an OH&S representative and will manage each project in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act 1985 together with its amendments. In addition to this, all Broadworks projects are managed in accordance with the Victorian Building Industry Agreement (VBIA 2000 – 2005).
