Past Projects

NECA Skills Centre at 107 Brunswick Road, Carlton North – project management of a warehouse conversion into a two story training facility for up to 75 apprentice electricians inclusive of space for practical training facilities on the ground floor to service up to 42 students at a time. The first floor provided space for 4 flexible lecture theatres, amenities including a dining area, canteen, student and teacher amenities, staff rooms and reception were also provided.

Nuera Care Centre 2-3/31 Sabre Drive, Port Melbourne – project and construction management of 1500m2 fit out over two buildings housing a health care facility.  This design and construct project was completed in record time under significant financial constraints and was completed in time for the clients grand opening.

4&4a Yawla Street, Bentleigh – design, development and project management of two double story townhouses side by side with a realisation value of $1.6m.

Virginia Park Estate Development – project and construction management of multiple discrete projects in parallel:

  • A Childcare Center for Platypus Junction, licensed for 120 children. Includes architecturally designed building and landscape works with ramps both internal and external. Completed on time and within budget. 1,600m2 at a cost of $2m.
  • Refurbishment and extension of a day spa and gymnasium complex of over 2,000m2 and converting an abandoned boiler house into a fully serviced indoor above ground swimming pool. Completed on time and within budget for $2.1m.

 Officeworks and Visionstream National Offices; converting a 3,000m2 and 3,500m2 warehouse into office accommodation including fit out, associated services, amenities, lift and external works.

Pacifica (PBR) office building – project and construction management of a 5,000m2 extension to an existing factory for a high class 2 story office. Includes unique architectural features, one lift with provision of a second and future expansion of two additional floors. A 68m reflection pond and external works all completed on time and within budget at a cost of $8m.

78&78a Linacre Road, Hampton – development and project management of two double story townhouses with a realisation value of $3.7m. Both townhouses have been designed and built with future proof technology and lifestyle satisfaction.
