Broadworks has recently purchased a new development site in Brunswick East which it plans to develop ‘Elm Grove Apartments’ as part of the Brunswick Urban Village redevelopment. Broadworks plans to transform the existing industrial drop forge at 2 Elm Grove Brunswick East into residential apartments and retail.
Elm Grove will be home and lifestyle for our future urban dwellers. The building will consider the significant aspects of our future including water recycling, waste recycling and inner city community rooftop gardens.
Construction Management Plans, Dilapidation Surveys and Construction Methodology Plans are increasingly becoming a large part of Broadworks core business.
Several developers and builders are now engaging the services of Broadworks to undertake Dilapidation Surveys, Construction Methodology Plans and Construction Management Plans for many of the major residential developments around Melbourne.
Broadworks accepted the opportunity to coordinate the bid on behalf of Gillan Group to build an $8M commercial development. The bid was successful and Broadworks were appointed to manage construction. The project was successfully completed to customer satisfaction on time and budget.

Subsequently developments. successfully delivered $8m of commercial development projects within Virginia Park Estate including a gym, day spa centre an indoor swimming pool and a childcare centre all within 11 months.
